Job Summary: The Product Analyst will engage and capture the needs of diverse groups of stakeholders and business units that represent both the business and technology requirements for a defined solution. This role need to understand current business processes and product offerings, analyzes opportunities for improvement, and recommends solutions that enable the Plan Management and Broking organization’s goals and client’s requirements. Product Analyst will be a liaison between technology, product team, and the business, responsible for forming and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the requirements management process through evaluation of Change Requests for solution options, estimating, and impact analysis for small to medium business processes, product offerings, and solutions. Consult with stakeholders and aligned technical and functional domains to complete documentation of business requirements. Provide input into testing scenarios to ensure test coverage and traceability of test cases to requirements. Review test plans to confirm proper coverage, validity, and expected results are achieved. Provide support for technical delivery of aligned projects to meet defined success criteria. Participate in Root Cause analysis for defects and process issues, including identification and assessment of options for corrective action and continuous improvement. Analyze business processes and develop insights and recommended actions in support of issue resolution and continuous improvement rooted in the product offering. Participate in development lifecycle activities through coordination with design, ensuring delivery teams understand requirements, and providing input to release manager to support deployment planning activities. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in requirements management and documentation. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement techniques. Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Product Analyst or similar role. Understanding of the technology and business landscape related to the product offerings.
