Skillset

A deep understanding of the healthcare industry especially US healthcare.

Familiarity with healthcare terminology, regulations (such as HIPAA), compliance standards, and industry trends

Understanding of key processes within US healthcare including claims management, RCM, Provider onboarding, Provider Credentialing, PBM etc

A bachelor s degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.

Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects

Should have very good understanding of Robotic Process Automation in Healthcare including working on creating PDD, SDD, BRD, Calculating CBA, able to identify automation opportunities.

Should have good knowledge of Testing of Automation solutions and do create test cases, testing scenario and Quality assurance.

Good knowledge on Process Mapping using tools like Visio

Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills

Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.

Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions

Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and managing US stakeholders

Excellent documentation skills

Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC

Additional key skills

• Process Mining experience preferably in Celonis

• Uipath or Automation Anywhere Business Analyst certification

• Knowledge of Generative AI or Agentive AI

• Good presentation skills, good experience in Excel and creating dashboards

• Good knowledge of systems like Facets, QXNT

· Willing to work until 1 PM Eastern Standard time.
