We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights and compelling business reports. This role will focus on analyzing performance metrics, creating Excel-based reports, and developing PowerPoint presentations that support client-facing business reviews. The analyst will play a critical role in helping the operations team craft a compelling narrative for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to identify trends and key insights.
+ Develop and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance metrics.
+ Create and update PowerPoint presentations using pre-defined templates for client business reviews.
+ Work closely with BPO operations leadership to craft data-driven stories for client-facing reports.
+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
+ Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and performance.
+ Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics within a BPO or call center environment.
+ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
+ Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, compelling way to leadership and clients.
+ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
+ Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar) is a plus.
