Job overview:
Automation Business Analysts role requires personnel to be able to work closely with the business to observe their processes and find out the potential processes which can automate. Their basic role is to process design and implement creative Automation solutions for the organisation whilst fully understanding the efficiency this will enable to organisation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
Analyse business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a Plan of RPA strategy.
Creating the – PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.
Providing the solution proposal by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture.
Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
Updating to RPA stakeholders and other team members during project delivery
Assisting team in monitoring of allocated VMs and ensuring that they are operational
Coordination with IS in order to keep the RPA VMs operational
Ability to communicate with Developers and understand their requirements
Ensure business continuity by following a script timetable and operational handbook
Gain familiarity with Jira and/or Azure Devops
Quick understanding of existing support/scripts so that judging new requirements versus fixing existing requirements can be clearly differentiated
Mailbox and Incident Queue management
Supporting legacy systems and tools on demand
Willingness to cover standby hours
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent education
2-3 years of experience in a L2 role or as a technical SME
Previous knowledge in consultancy of Blue Prism, RPA or Automation and minimum 2 years of experience as RPA Blue Prism BA.
Best in Communication skills
Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes.
Leadership skills to handle the Project Team until the delivery of the project
Strategic planning approach to meet business needs.
Experience with conducting investigations and analysis within their area of expertise
Willingness to investigate and resolve outstanding issues
Good to have but not a requirement basic understanding of programming (Javascript, C#, SQL)
English language is a must (French, German is a plus)
