What is Nokia Looking for from me: 

Strong Understanding of Shared Services Concept: You possess a thorough comprehension of shared services frameworks and their implementation, demonstrating the ability to leverage these systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across organizational functions.Proficient Knowledge of ITSM Platforms: Your background includes extensive experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, equipping you with the skills to facilitate incident management, service requests, and change management processes while ensuring alignment with best practices.Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You excel in building relationships and effectively communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your strong verbal and written communication abilities enable you to convey complex concepts clearly and inspire collaboration across departments.Experience Working with Distributed Teams: You are adept at collaborating in a remote or distributed environment, demonstrating skill in managing projects and maintaining productivity across geographic boundaries.

It would be nice if you also had:

Software Development Knowledge: An understanding of various programming languages and software development principles, including experience with database management, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with software interfaces/APIs and testing methodologies will give you an edge in contributing to our development processes.Cloud Platforms Expertise: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will enhance your ability to support our cloud-based operations and service delivery initiatives.Interest in the ServiceNow Ecosystem: A passion for learning about the ServiceNow platform, with an eagerness to obtain certifications. Capture and analyze requirements from internal Nokia customers to ensure that their needs are accurately addressed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and select the right technical solutions, estimating efforts and building compelling business cases to justify investment.Oversee the technical solution lifecycle, managing the journey from design through to delivery and ensuring that project milestones are met.Engage with development teams, program managers, process managers, and operations to facilitate seamless solution delivery and address any challenges that arise.Work closely with various parts of the organization to enhance processes, promote best practices, and refine tooling for better efficiency.Interact with key stakeholders to gather approvals on requirements, prioritize tasks, and effectively plan releases for the solution.
