Strong Understanding of Shared Services Concept: You possess a thorough comprehension of shared services frameworks and their implementation, demonstrating the ability to leverage these systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across organizational functions.Proficient Knowledge of ITSM Platforms: Your background includes extensive experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, equipping you with the skills to facilitate incident management, service requests, and change management processes while ensuring alignment with best practices.Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You excel in building relationships and effectively communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
