Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract position with a strong chance of extension.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Creating and writing new Supplier agreement Service Descriptions, deliverables, service levels and procedural documentation Collaborating with stakeholders through interviews, and reviewing existing material to create standardized procedural documentation Updating existing documentation Conducting peer quality reviews Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of team technical writing standards to ensure best in class procedural documentation is in place Crafting and delivering clear and concise supplier agreement service descriptions

Qualifications:

4 years in a business analyst/technical writer role A solid understanding of business dynamics and contractual terms MS Office Suite Judgement and autonomy 2+ years in a vendor management, procurement, contract management role or equivalent (preferred) FI experience (preferred) Experience writing SLA's, KPI's, Service Descriptions or significant back office Business Process Outsourcing (preferred)
