This role is part of the Business Engagement team, which encompasses various functions. The primary objective of this team is to enhance collaboration between the technical team and the global business units.

About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into detailed specifications.

Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

Identifying and recommending process improvements, act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Creating and maintaining documentation, supporting solution design and implementation, and participating in user acceptance testing.

Analysing data to provide insights, creating reports and dashboards, and contributing to project planning and monitoring to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirement:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.

Strong technical skills, including expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies, familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks, and knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.

Possess Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Experience within the event/IT industry is desirable

Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile certifications.

Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio,).
