Responsibilities: * Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations * Develop reports and presentations to convey insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership * Assess and support the customer support organization by leveraging data-driven insights * Analyze customer behavior, printer performance, and consumption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and business growth * Build models and forecasts to guide business decision-making and strategic planning * Create and implement data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to present insights effectively to non-technical audiences * As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Manage and maintain databases and data warehouses * Support team KPI's by identifying opportunities and evaluating revenue models
