Business Analyst

Position overview –

Due to substantial growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Business analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be focused on an exciting new project for the end-to-end Kitchen Management Project.

 

Key responsibilities –

Build strong relationships with Stakeholders  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data driven insight Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely milestone delivery Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and documentation  Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions  Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

 

Skills and experience –

Kitchen Management and related systems implementation experience Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, IT Experience in systems analysis, preferably hospitality systems Proven experience with business process modeling and IT project management  Proven skills in eliciting and documenting user requirements analysing requirements, testing and making suggestions for process improvements  Proven skills in power Automate or Power BI Self-starter and highly motivated to achieve results Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
