This may include model training, validation, and deployment. + **Power BI Development & Visualization:** Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency. + **Storytelling & Communication:** Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. + **User Experience (UX) Design:** Consider the user experience when developing dashboards and reports. Ensure intuitive navigation, clear visualizations, and a user-friendly interface. + **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle. + **Continuous Improvement:** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business analytics, AI/ML, and data visualization. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
