Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth data analysis using various techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights.AI/ML Development & Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML models to address specific business challenges, working with data scientists and engineers as needed. This may include model training, validation, and deployment.Power BI Development & Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.User Experience (UX) Design: Consider the user experience when developing dashboards and reports. Ensure intuitive navigation, clear visualizations, and a user-friendly interface.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business analytics, AI/ML, and data visualization. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.  Proven experience (~ 3-4 years) in business analytics, with a focus on AI/ML.Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report development.Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., Python, R, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Data Stroytelling & Presentation : Develop professional and compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with IT  industry  is a plus.   #LPS Additional Locations:  * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore - SINGAPORE * Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore * Singapore - Central Singapore - Singapore , * Singapore - Central Singapore - SINGAPORE
