Business analyst:

• Responsible for managing requirements and all activities for a specific IQVIA product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, ensuring quality standards are met and that the product/s support the company’s overall strategy and goals

• Specializes in assessing and understanding the market, defining product strategy, vision, and overall roadmap prioritization and planning.

• Details the product specs, prioritizes and translates requirements to story points, and manages engineering backlog.

• Manages engineering, technical, and procurement activities related to planning, executing, supervising, control of technical, operational, financial, budgeting, and contractual commitments.

• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities: 

•Maintains the product vision and roadmap and support growth opportunities.

•Supports the product strategy by staying up to date on market trends and understanding the latest customer needs.

•Monitors and adheres to success metrics, analyze data for insights, and coordinates with partner teams to support business strategies.

•Translates product roadmap features into product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.

•Prioritizes and translates high level requirements into detailed user stories that the development team can execute against.

•Acts as product expert for users, able to bring creative ad-hoc solutions to use cases.

•Monitors and evaluates product progress including outcomes of deliverables, and recommends additional improvements based on internal and customer feedback.

•Supports in mitigating impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

•Deep understanding of US pharma market and data assets

•Proficient in MS Office including advanced MS Excel
