Role & Responsibilities

* Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and manage stakeholders' expectations.
* Facilitate communication between the business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
* Prepare and deliver reports on progress and outcomes of change efforts to senior management.
* Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.

Essential Skills

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Legal industry or related fields.
* Experience implementing/ migrating with Enterprise Service Management Tools (ServiceNow)
* Experience working on end-to-end project cycles.
* Strong stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for detailed and critical analysis.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a variety of audiences.
* Experience in managing large-scale organisational change initiatives.
* Proficient in documenting and understanding requirements and processes.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
