Job Description
The Business Analyst will assist the purchasing team with processing quotes in the Ariba/SAP system. They will strategize ideas to improve business operations and meet with stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis.
ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze data.Interpret gathered data.Submit reports to relevant department heads and management.Find patterns and trends in the analyzed data.Help management and other teams draw business goals and needs.Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.Formulate procedural manuals for all departments.Support migration from legacy data system to current.Support regional design and launch of iERP system.Essential Skills2+ years experience as an analyst.2+ years using Ariba/SAP/S4Hana to process quotes.Previous experience supporting buyers with entering/managing quotes.Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (must pass V-look up and pivot tables portion).Bachelor's Degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in purchasing, buyer, data analysis, supply chain, and negotiating.Skills in data entry and quote processing.Work Environment
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite (usually Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with flexibility to switch onsite days if needed for team meetings or supplier visits. The work environment is in a recently renovated building with an open concept and no set desk assignments. The large cafeteria is available for use. The dress code is business casual, and work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
