The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Business Analyst. This announcement will be used to fill a classified position located at the DHR Central Office located in Boise, ID.
Summary:
This position will provide system support and triage requests from agencies, create reports, analyze data, and make suggestions on improvements.
Responsibilities:
HR Systems & LMS Support
+ Provide technical support and guidance for HR professionals using HR Systems.
+ Assist agencies with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
+ Review and approve HR request & workflow items.
LMS Support & Data Management
+ Generate and maintain HR and training reports, ensuring data accuracy and tracking.
+ Collaborate with agencies to optimize system use, reporting, and data management.
Process Improvement & System Enhancements
+ Work with the Systems and Data Manager to improve system efficiency, reporting, and usability.
+ Recommend and implement enhancements for HR and LMS processes.
+ Support system upgrades and new feature implementation.

+ Organizational/business analysis and evaluation
+ Process improvement methodology
