Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be working on network-related tasks with OneIdentity's IGA (Quest product). This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Engage in gap analysis, identifying and addressing discrepancies in business processes • Leverage Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to manage, track, and report on business processes • Conduct AB Testing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of business processes • Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate project management and workflow • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure clarity and alignment in business objectives • Oversee claim administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer claims • Participate in the analysis and improvement of business process functions to enhance operational efficiency.
