Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in the Miami area. Summary: In this role, the Business Analyst is the liaison between the business and IT and is responsible for understanding the business needs and translating them into functional requirements for the development of new or enhanced systems. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle. The Business Analyst ensures that requirements are well-documented, complete, and accurately reflect the needs of the business. Responsibilities: * Work with key business sponsors to create current and future state Process Maps and Data Flow Diagrams * Coordination and communication with Internal and external teams during IT service transition * Track the process to create and implement all the new SNOW processes * Support business process modeling and reengineering efforts to optimize operations * Elicit requirements and business rules using interviews, workshops, brainstorming, and questionnaires * Write User Stories and convert into functional application specifications, high-level designs, and technical documentation * Coordinate the review and approval of requirements with project team members and stakeholders * Control, analyze, and communicate approved changes to requirements through the software development lifecycle * Facilitate communication with business, management, and peers throughout the project lifecycle
