Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Business Analyst. Summary: The TA Analytics team's goal is to raise the bar for all of TA when it comes to data literacy. A successful candidate is a proactive thinker, flexible with shifting project priorities and pressure. You demonstrate confidence to handle problems, as well as the ability to work with a variety of different people. We seek highly motivated and energetic self-starters to work directly with TA leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that they are getting all the support needed around data and analytics to make meaningful, informed decisions (which may not be what they are asking for, but what they need). You will proactively identify new areas of analytical features and enhancements that will further increase data quality, reliability, and insightfulness. Responsibilities: * Maintain the Talent Acquisition Analytics team's Tableau environment by designing and building dashboards from scratch, and strategically implementing enhancements to existing dashboards * Help drive analytics/reporting strategy as it pertains to metric definition/logic for a myriad of disciples within Talent Acquisition * Support ad hoc analytics requests from partners within TA and the P&P organization
