Aon is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our Health Solutions (HS) –Product team in the India
Situated inside a large multinational corporation is our HS – VB product is helping the world's largest companies manage their voluntary benefits administration. The HS – VB product supports the clients globally (US and APAC). As part of an industry-leading team, you'll provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems, solutions, and procedures that meet end-user and system requirements. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities.
+ Support the group in delivering high-quality strategic and tactical analysis and recommendations for customer experience design and operations.
+ Develop cross-functional relationships across design, user research, services, marketing, sales, engineering, channel, operations, and IT.
+ Act as the ‘bridge’ between the business and technology teams for the required functionality.
+ Analyze complex business problems using data from customers, partners, and internal sources.
+ Deliver valuable insights to decision-makers to influence experience design strategy.
+ Document detailed user stories in Agile Product Development methodology; Refine the user stories with cross-functional teams.
+ Track Project Deliverables schedule and conduct regular checkpoints.
+ Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
+ Drive cross-functional organization's agreement on short-term and long-term commitment for user experience designs and solutions.
+ Participate in various Customer Research activities by providing qualified customer/partner contacts.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent work experience
+ Experience gathering business requirements in an Agile delivery environment.
+ Thorough knowledge of project management tools and techniques, i.e. Sprint planning, delivery cycles.
+ Minimum of 3 years of related business experience. (Junior role)
+ Minimum of 5 years of related business experience. (Senior role)
+ Adept at negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building with stakeholders
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong ability to build and manage relationships.
+ Experience partnering with QA resources to build proper test cases and traceability.
+ Experience using Microsoft Azure Devops , HEAP and Productboard a plus.
