RESPONSIBILITIES 

Dashboard Maintenance (50%): 

Regularly update and maintain dashboards, graphs, tables, and charts in Excel to ensure data is current and accurate. Track KPIs and report on the supply chain’s performance.  Continuously monitor data to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.  System & data maintenance related to efficient system operations.

Analytics and Reporting (50%): 

Analyze gathered information and data using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. This includes basic mathematics, comparative analysis, root cause analysis, gap analysis, data interpretation, data correlation, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.  Present findings to stakeholders by creating engaging presentations and clearly written documents that incorporate compelling storytelling and visualization best practices.  Evaluate vendor operations (e.g., freight forwarders) according to quality standards.  Help design, document, and maintain business and system processes.  Configure the e-PIC ERP system and work with internal customers to validate and improve supply chain operations.  Analyze data to identify problematic areas and make recommendations to improve system design and use.  Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to customer processes and methods. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, preferably in Supply Chain Operations Engineer Majors or Supply Chain/Business Majors  Detail-oriented individual Excellent note-taking skills Organization skills Data entry and computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel) Proactive individual Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
