Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyzing processes, implementing technology solutions to enhance our property management operations and participating in change management activities in support of the new technology solutions. Initially, the focus of this role is the core services, violations and preventative maintenance modules of the cyan™ platform and may include additional future modules.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and present business cases for technology solutions. Provide feedback to IT and development teams on proposed technology solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Create training resources including but not limited to User Guides, SOPs, Job Aids and short training videos. Maintain detailed project and change management plans under the supervision of the leader. Monitor the performance of the critical platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property management and IT.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the property management industry. Strong understanding of property management processes and systems a plus. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. Proven process improvement experience is beneficial. Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to engage with associates across the organization, from field staff to senior executives. Ability to work independently to achieve outcomes and business objectives. Ability to decompose complex problems into smaller components to define a plan of action for solutioning and implementation. Exhibit flexibility by capturing evolving processes and requirements. Ability to adapt to change, seek clarity when there is ambiguity and remain focused on the objective. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Must be able to perform high quality work.
Travel:
Remote in CA, FL, LA, NJ, NV, PA, TX, OH, CO, IL.
Travel may be required to attend staff or training meetings within the US or Canada.
