The United Currency Bank is the underlying technology platform that powers the MileagePlus program, ensuring its seamless operation. The MP Operations team collaborates with the Digital Technology department to oversee UCBs functionality and to integrate new features as the program evolves. This team is instrumental in articulating business needs into comprehensive user stories, which then guide the development and testing teams towards successful implementation. **Essential Job Accountabilities:** 1. Supports creation of detailed requirements (user stories) and actionable acceptance criteria to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint 20% 2. Supports agile processes such as inception, iteration and story kickoff, estimation sessions, and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly 20% 3. Analyses data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives and delivering the most business value 10% 4. Facilitates user acceptance testing 20% 5. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise and understanding of the systems, capabilities, and respective technologies 20% 6.
