Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an entry level business analyst in Redmond, Washington. As a business analyst, you will provide technical support to employees, manage network infrastructure, and handle internal desktop systems software and hardware. You will also be expected to educate employees about various applications and participate in the development of IT and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to employees for network infrastructure and desktop systems software and hardware
• Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects
• Conduct training programs designed to educate the organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications
• Apply detail oriented expertise and judgement independently with minimal supervision
• Understand and apply procedures and concepts of own discipline
• Use judgement based on practice and previous experience to perform the job
• Handle Microsoft Office functions, documentation, training procedures, technical support, payroll, quality review, database management, supervision, internet production, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, security, troubleshooting, regulation, data analysis, execution, and upgrades.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in Office Functions and Documentation
• Ability to provide Technical Support and Troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with Internet and Database management
• Experience in Supervising, Review, and ensuring Quality
• Ability to execute Procedures and Upgrades
• Skills in Payroll processing and regulation
• Experience in providing Training
• Knowledge of Security protocols
• Ability to perform Data Analysis
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software
• Experience in Production support
