As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside our CRM development team and will report to the following: Program Manager, SDM, Ops Lead, and Technical Architect. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and computing for cost savings.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Gather and evaluate business requirements, translating them from a user perspective.
• Analyze and document processes within and outside CRM systems.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders/users and the Agile technical team.
• Collaborate with all team members from developers, testers, human center design, change management, and operations.
• Ensure that all requirements are met and effectively communicated within the team(s).
• Lead requirements from start to end, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Summarize and produce PowerPoint presentations, process flows or guides as needed.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with JIRA or at least 1+ years of experience using it.
• Experience with CRM or as user for at least 1+ years.
• At least 1+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong data collection and evaluation skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and manage requirements effectively.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
Preferred Skills:
• SAFe Agile experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
