It has single points of accountability for Work Management & Resource Planning, Execution Support, Business Operations & Process Improvement, and Enterprise Public Works. Operations Support is comprised of approximately 1,000 coworkers. + This position will have responsibility for supporting the Electric and Gas Operations Change Control Tools, processes, and related activities, as part of a team of several colleagues. + This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location based on business needs. + Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in support of business decision-making, strategy, and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control, and other initiatives. Develops, manages, and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication, and training. + PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
