In this role, you will get to **support PG&E’s engineering, construction, and project management teams** . This role requires the selected candidate to support PG&E in Northern California. + Operations Support is dedicated to creating cross-commodity consistency and standards in Operations. The team provides support services guided by best practices and a relentless pursuit for improvement. It has single points of accountability for Work Management & Resource Planning, Execution Support, Business Operations & Process Improvement, and Enterprise Public Works. Operations Support is comprised of approximately 1,000 coworkers. + This position will have responsibility for supporting the Electric and Gas Operations Change Control Tools, processes, and related activities, as part of a team of several colleagues. + This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location based on business needs. + Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in support of business decision-making, strategy, and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control, and other initiatives. Develops, manages, and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication, and training. + PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. + Performs analysis on moderately complex data models, selecting from various reports and data options. + Determines data needs, collects data, and selects from different analytical techniques to achieve desired data outcomes. + Understands business needs, develops new reports, and performs custom/ad-hoc reporting working independently. Presents findings to various audiences. + Perform basic research internally and externally. + Communicate with peers inside and outside the department, exchanging ideas or gathering information. + Participates on project teams. Education and Typical Experience Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information management, construction management or related field 5+ years of related experience including document/records management, systems development life **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
