Job Description

Business Analysts at Traveloka are key drivers of business process optimization.

In this role, you will design and propose data flow, data modeling, reporting structures, and system automation to seamlessly integrate Traveloka’s products with finance tools.Responsibilities include supporting product integration, financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and audits. You’ll assist business users in navigating both existing and new scenarios to ensure smooth operations and facilitate innovation.Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting complex integrations between frontend and backend systems, including resolving data anomalies, fraud detection, and related issues. You will collaborate closely with product managers, finance teams, and engineering personnel across all seniority levels to ensure the successful execution of these tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems from a reputable universityMinimum of 4 years of experience in complex system implementations, including project planning, tracking, requirements gathering, impact assessment, translating business/finance needs into system logic, testing, and documentationStrong knowledge of database design, process flow diagrams, and query languageBasic understanding of programming logic to collaborate with engineering teamsAbility to read and analyze code to investigate bugs or determine necessary changes in a projectExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in English, both written and verbalExperience in a tech company, startup, or consulting is preferredFamiliarity with common technologies for custom and packaged applicationsKnowledge of financial reporting and accounting practices is an advantageExperience with financial audits is a plus
