This role will be instrumental in shaping the financial and data strategies that drive our business forward, performs analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amount of data to support data-driven business decision and development. **What You Will Do:** Possible areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Work with various business partners to understand business and data needs and devise appropriate solution. Collaborate with the team to solve challenging problems and independently manage projects to meet expectations and deadlines from partners. Maintain effective internal communications across business partners. Support the design and development of strategic projects and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvements. Provide assistance in the implementation of project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements. Participate in planning, developing and implementing projects to meet specific quality and performance standards. Direct the data gathering, data mining, and data processing processes in huge volume; creating appropriate data models. Lead to define requirements and scope of data analyses; presenting and reporting possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies. **What You Have - Skills:** **Accuracy, Attention to Detail and Analytical Thinking:** Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. **Business Data Analysis, Requirements Analysis & Business Assessment:** Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications. **Programming Languages and Query and Database Access Tools** : Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify programming languages. Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use. **Project Administration** : Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. **Candidates will** **have:** Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of financial/cost analysis. Proven experience in data analytics techniques, working and transforming data. Experience in Power BI, SQL, and other data methodologies. Pre-advanced English. **Top Candidates will have:** Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, data science, analytics or a related field of study. Proven experience in financial analysis, costs, and product structures. Highly proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and working with transactional data base. Experience doing data science and business intelligence using Python. Project leadership / Black Belt. MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar.
