Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager BI Data Analytics Specialist to analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Manager BI Data Analytics Specialist to understand business requirements and objectives, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. The Business Analyst will also conduct data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity, assist in the design and implementation of data models and data warehousing solutions, and support the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and systems. Additionally, the role involves providing recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis, working with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence is also essential. Skills and Requirements Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts are required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills are also necessary. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
