Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join our Building Products Team. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills to streamline work processes, enhance employee experiences through technology, and directly contribute to our organizational growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analysis and Strategy

Partner with stakeholders to understand their goals and assess evolving business ideasAnalyze operations and develop data-driven recommendations for improvementReview key business metrics and devise improvement plans

Process Improvement

Document processes and procedures, identify gaps, and suggest enhancementsBridge the gap between technology and business goals using data analyticsManage quality control and user testing to ensure the validation and quality of changes

Project Management

Oversee multiple projects focused on enhancing organizational effectivenessFacilitate communication between stakeholders and project teamsEstablish connections with technology vendors and stay abreast of system developments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field7+ years of professional work experience with at least 3 years as a Business AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)Experience with project management methodologies
