As a Business Analyst, expert in processes and procedures typical of the Banking sector, you’ll participate in projects that will promote the Digital Transition. You will work with customers’ business users and SMEs, other analysts, project managers in order to share strategic vision of the Digital Transformation, define macro-goals, individuate IT artifact that can boost the Transition and collect and formalize business requirements. Moreover, you will work with project managers and technical engineers, developers, AI experts, to design and build IT solutions based on the business needs.

Your primary responsibilities include:

support the end-user adoption;understand and embrace the customer Digital Transformation;gather business requirements for the IT services that support the Transformation;write technical documentation;collaborate with PMs to functionally drive the developments team;participate in work in progress meetings.
