Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions to meet those requirements Document, clarify and/or refine business requirements Work with business owners to define release scope and timeline Manage status of bugs and enhancements through software development lifecycle Develop, enhance and maintain internal web applications using Oracle Application Express, SQL, PL/SQL, CSS and Javascript Conduct training and demos of application features Document application features Advise business stakeholders on appropriate testing strategies and scenarios Contribute to development standards and guidelines Contribute to improvement of development and support processes Support and train business users on various internal intranet tools

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree 5 years relevant experience Ability to elicit and clarify business and functional requirements from business analysts and end users Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and design appropriate solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Logical, analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Attention to detail Experience with web design tools and technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript, web design applications) Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express Experience with REST APIs / JSON Familiarity with common software development lifecycle and project management practices
