Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze user requirements, perform feasibility studies and impact analysis utilize strong business analysis skills and payment-related project experience. + Create a Requirement Definition document and get approval from the customer through the review session. + Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications + Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration + Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team (including other country partner such as Vietnam, China, etc) + In order to ensure the software meets all functional requirements, work with the Tester team to create necessary test cases. + Ability to work under pressure and time constraints **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or IT related field + 3+ years experience as a business analyst + Excellent knowledge of payment business knowledge + Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. + Self-motivated, teamwork, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines + Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture + Understanding of software quality assurance principles + A technical mindset with great attention to detail + High quality organizational and leadership skills + Good command of English. Expect to lead the engineer who is outside of Thailand.
