Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, AWS
In this role, you will be expected to manage the entire Application Development Cycle using AWS DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.

Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between the IT and stakeholders, and so must be able to provide regular progress updates and flag any issues accordingly.
• Manage the entire Application Development Cycle using AWS DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Identify and progress opportunities to drive continuous improvement across engineering, delivery, and operational practices.
• Optimize data queries and models for performance improvements, ensuring eļ¬ƒcient data processing and minimal latency.
• Implement data management strategies to handle data storage, security, and access in AWS environments.
• Create deployment pipeline from scratch, build and deploy data pipelines with Pentaho for end-to-end data integration and analytics at enterprise scale
• Design and implement solutions to scale-up our end-to-end system leveraging.
• Investigate and evaluate solutions to speed-up data processing/extraction leveraging Pentaho/Kinesis/Lambda.
• Own the monitoring maintenance of our production batches.
• Deploy and improve existing processes and frameworks.
• Apply fixes raised as bugs for the recurring failed scripts.
• Optimize and scale-up Data Ops framework.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree and/or its equivalent
• Minimum years of work experience
• Minimum years of experience as a Data Engineer using AWS, Python, Py Spark and SQL
• Experience with AWS services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue (Mandatory), AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing on AWS
• Expertise in any of the CI tools, preferably Jenkins
• Experience working with Agile Methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Good Knowledge on the Server-less Service Lambda, Function to integrate with AWS service and trigger Cloud Native Tools.
• Manage AWS resources including EC2, RDS, Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, Lambda, Glue, Apache Airflow etc.
• Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring (AWS ECS, ELB, EC2, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, S3, CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
