Complete Description:  The Business Analyst will apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and principles to drive strategic goals, objectives, and business results. Analyze data to find areas of opportunity and suggests ways to improve existing processes.
   • Apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and principles to drive strategic goals, objectives, and business results. Analyze data to find areas of opportunity and suggests ways to improve existing processes.• Lead assessment, deep dive/design, and pilot activities for functions Banner ERP and/or third-party systems. Conducts studies, such as time studies or process studies, to review effectiveness of current processes and analyzes the effectiveness of tools and parts and makes suggestions to improve.• Set direction for process improvement/redesign projects.
