About the Job 

 

Based on the Allianz Technology purpose "Leading IT with you" our department  runs, optimizes, transforms and innovates applications and services for the Cash management and Treasury requirements of insurance and investment customers within Allianz Group.

This includes the processing of large amount of payment data, liquidity planning and the administration of the internal Cash pool of the group. Our service is the bridge between internal insurance and investment systems and the world of banks and payment service providers. It processes more than 250 Million transactions every year forming one of the IT financial backbone services of Allianz.

We are currently in the process of replacing a self-developed in-house solution with a state-of-the-art cloud based standard software for Treasury and Cash management. The new platform (ATP, Allianz Treasury Platform) will form the global core of one of the most business critical processes within Allianz and will be the foundation on which new features and functionalities are developed (e.g. digital payment methods).

On this background we are looking to augment our team with an experienced Business Analyst to provide – from knowledge and experience - direction and hands-on support for this journey.

What you do

 

 

Act as a consultant for our internal customers in order to design innovative solutions and with that create value for Allianz Group. Work closely together with Business Customers and ATP development team to facilitate the onboarding of Allianz OE’s to the ATP Platform. Analyze and assess (complex) customer cases and queries, support problems/initiatives requiring exception handling and/or coordination of multiple stakeholders and/or internal/external specialists to resolve Manage/support the functional and technical design and delivery of Payments Solutions and Services to customers Align/define Business Requirements and functional specifications together with customers and internal/external partners Assist with managing projects and/or implementation of new initiatives, systems or services in the Global payments area Cooperation / Steering of internal and external Partners to reach a common goal. Document analysis and decision rationale of any resolutions and changes made Support the team on tools User Acceptance Tests / tuning and document as per requirements

 

What you bring

 

 

Master-Level degree with a strong focus on IT and several years of experience in a similar role.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to relevant processes.

Previous experience with Cash management, Treasury or Payment applications are of advantage.

Good communication and English language skills for discussion and presentations in in an highly international environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills, verbally and in writing
