Job Description

For more than 140 years, Eli Lilly and Company has been dedicated to the discovery and development of medicines to address the health care needs of people around the world.  Driven by the broader, consumer-focused digital revolution and in anticipation of this same revolution in health care, Lilly is now further expanding the definition of product to include the design, build, integration and orchestration of digitally enabled health care interactions and has established a Connected Care Business Unit to accomplish these goals in the Diabetes category. 

More specifically, we are interested in using digital technologies to improve the health outcomes of those using our products and are formalizing our ecosystem of capabilities to orchestrate personalized engagement. Coupling our medicines, devices, and digital solutions with consumer health solutions and health systems, we believe we can partner with providers and payers to enable significant improvements in health outcomes for our customers.

The purpose of the LCCI Connected Care team is to provide high quality analytical support through right data, smart analytics and actionable insights. The LCCI Connected Care Team comprises of creative problem solvers who support achievement of the brand’s goals, while always striving for process improvement and innovation.

This role will be accountable for operational execution of identified analytics capabilities across connected care ecosystem inclusive of execution of Reports & Dashboards, Exploratory, Predictive and Causal analytics  

Position Responsibilities

Work with different kind of data sets to support a wide range of health care use cases & improve customer experiences and other business outcomesAnalyse data to evaluate existing customer and product related KPI’s and apply analytical techniques to discover meaningful patternsBuilding and analysing customer journeys/behavioural patterns which blend a combination of digital behaviour data with digital therapeutic data Analysing user journeys to understand user behaviour with a focus on increasing user stickiness, improving engagement & retention Launch A/B tests, analyse experiment results and provide recommendationsPersonalising user experience through user segmentation & targeting, provide insights / guidance on the user journeys and personas Be an innovator and generate ideas / novel approaches to business problemsResponsible for defining, developing, communicating key metrics and business trends to relevant stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

2-4 years of in-depth hands-on experience in data analytics and business insightsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics or other relevant degree area; Master’s degree preferred in these disciplinesPreferred - Strong knowledge of latest generation analytics tools and capabilities, Statistical methods & ExperimentationStrong experience with SQL and some exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS & Azure
