When you apply to this general associate consulting opportunity, based on your skill sets, interest and strengths, we align you to one of the following consulting role specialties: This role supports the migration of data from the existing Access Matrix System to ChangeGear. The Business Analyst will be responsible for validating the accuracy of migrated data, operationalizing the process, and recommending or implementing improvements. Key Responsibilities: Validate and test data post-migration to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify data discrepancies, deficiencies, and bugs; report findings to the development team. Create and manage XML files for data handling and transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize the migration effort. Suggest enhancements to improve data integrity and process efficiency. **Required technical and professional expertise** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, etc.) Experience creating and managing XML files. Strong data validation and testing skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Knowledge of Access Management or willingness to complete training within the first 30 days. Experience in cybersecurity or IT operations environments. Other Requirements: No prior experience with ChangeGear required.
