Job Summary

This position reports to the Innovation team and is responsible for the design, development and management of various applications, application interfaces and data sources that support PSEG Nuclear Innovation and Work Management.

Job Responsibilities Management and governance for the Work Management data, metrics and reports for PSEG Nuclear. Design, development and management of applications and reports in the Microsoft Power Platform. Creates ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI and other applications to support fleet needs. Responsible for the integrity of the Work Management network, including management interface of data between the scheduling tool and various other databases associated with the work management process. Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our fleet and work closely with data customers in the development of data products. Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big-data stores; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy. Job Specific Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, at least 6 years of experience in scheduling within the nuclear power industry. Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis Working knowledge of user interface development in VBA. Experience with Microsoft applications, business intelligence and programming languages. Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big-data stores; perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy. Working knowlege of SQL query development. Must meet and maintain Nuclear’s requirements for Unescorted Site Access.
