Your Key Responsibilities

 

Collaborate with diverse teams to uncover and prioritize automation opportunities. Actively participate in documentation, design and implementation of user-centric automation solutions us-ing RPA and low code & AI tools, following global best practices. Test and validate innovative digital solutions to guarantee their effectiveness before they go live. Provide ongoing support and enhance implemented solutions, ensuring they align with standardized processes. Maintain necessary documentation to keep processes transparent and in alignment with global guidelines. Stay ahead of the curve by researching digital trends and proposing new digital opportunities. Engage in training and educating stakeholders on leveraging automated systems for maximum efficiency Your Qualifications Universtiy degree in economics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in analyzing business processes, standardization, and documentation. Strong analytical capabilities combined with a passion for improving business processes Hands-on experience in supporting workshops to streamline workflows. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts across diverse audiences. An energetic approach with a detail-oriented mindset, keen on results. Experience with tools like UiPath, Mendix or MS Power Automate would be a fantastic bonus! Willingness to travel up to 25% - we like to meet our colleagues ! Valid working permit for Czech Republic Business fluent English skills, other languages would be an advantage
