Job Description Summary

As a Business Analyst (F&B), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic decision-making process related to food and beverage offerings across our regional portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing existing account data, market trends, conducting competitive research, and providing insights to optimize F&B operations within our properties.

About the Role:  

Working with Account Site Team to gather existing F&B data such as vendor, type of services, spend / pricing, any end-user feedback / survey data, frequency usage within the APAC region.​Conduct comprehensive market research to identify F&B trends, consumer preferences, and emerging concepts within the region.If possible, research any corporation F&B offerings, pricing strategies, and customer experiences to identify areas for differentiation and improvement through support from C&W’s platform.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Workplace Team, Workplace Experience Team to gather data and feedback. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders through presentations and reports.Work with Workplace Experience Lead & F&B Consultant to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of F&B initiatives and track performance against targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

About You:  

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, or F&B management, preferably within the commercial real estate or hospitality industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data interpretation. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong business acumen and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and developments.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools/software.
