Key Functions
Examine data to gain insights into business performance and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with various stakeholders within the Global Service organization to identify their needs and provide data-based solutions. Prepare and present data for meetings and reviews, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed business judgments and resolutions. Use and probe data to identify efficiencies and recommend process improvements throughout the organization. Extract and transform data from various sources e.g. Salesforce to prepare it for evaluation and assessment. Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI.Basic Qualifications & Experience:
You are an ideal candidate if you:
Have at least three years of experience in a similar role. Are familiar with Power BI (a plus, but not mandatory). Have a strong interest in data evaluations and data architecture. Possess excellent critical thinking abilities. Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid grasp of business processes. Have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn. Are self-motivated and results-oriented who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
