Business Analyst for Operations (GOE)

Responsibilities

Maintaining highly effective relationships with internal and external business partners.Developing and maintaining analytics dashboards mainly in PowerBI as a frontend.Creating standardized mapping templates and design format files to acquire data from systems.Taking ownership of assigned KPI’s and business elements like ERP’s and other business systems.Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.Working with the business to design and publish standardized publishing methods, formats and reporting services.Working with IT to establish interfaces and storage between systems.Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will either hold a Bachelors’ degree in Business processes and/or 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics and Process Design in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials, IT, Data or Industrial Manufacturing environments where you attained:

Affinity with ERP and other IT Systems (Oracle, SAP, BPC, PowerBI, MS Office).Power BI development is an essential skill for this role.The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Effective communications with all levels in the organization.Ability to create roadmaps and perform project management activities.Ability to map current and future desired state for IT and Operational processes.Fluent oral and written English.

Preferred skills:

SAP BPC knowledge or Financial knowledge (understanding of how to read a P&L and Trial Balance accounting.Great Plains ERP systemOracle ERPAzure Data Factory, SQL, DAX
