The Position
You will have a very visible role in the team working closely with product managers to develop the commercial product and launch strategies as well as supporting the area with business cases to drive new opportunities in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other stakeholders.
Your main tasks will include:
Work closely with product managers, sales and commercial excellence to develop, execute and track our commercial product strategies. Conduct market analysis and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making. Identify growth opportunities by generating insights from diverse and sometimes limited data. Responsible for product and launch forecasts and drive the long-term forecast process for the Sales & Marketing area Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure effective communication and alignment. Conduct market research by collecting and analyzing data from different sources, including industry databases and market reports Provide data-based insights to support business intelligence and predict outcomes. Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to aid in data storytelling.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have an M.Sc. degree in business, finance, or other relevant education and at least 5 years of experience from a similar position, from the life science or pharma industry.
Solid experience in market analysis and forecasting. Strong collaboration and communication skills. A passion for identifying growth opportunities based on insights. Experience with financial tools and metrics such as P&L analysis, NPVs, ROI etc. Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to present data clearly to across stakeholder groups.. Experience with business intelligence applications and CRM reporting capabilities. Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques.As a person, you are self-driven and have a can-do attitude towards tasks.. . You will have multiple stakeholders and projects across the organization, so you need to be good at planning, prioritising and keep focus on the strategic goals. You are comfortable explaining and defending your numbers and recommendations to upper management.

We are responsible for leading the in-market product portfolio and launching new innovative products in close collaboration with Sales, Commercial Excellence and launch office. We work together with other departments across the organization to achieve our goals.
