Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

As an Business Analyst at MercyOne, you will Provides data management coordination, guidance and analytical support for Genesis Home Medical Equipment for the purpose of business development, clinical, financial management, quality/performance excellence and strategic planning initiatives, and operational systems. Serves as the customer liaison and works in coordination with the revenue cycle areas and finance areas to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data analysis.
General Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience: More than 3 years experience required.
Field Of Study: Accounting/Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration, Business Intelligence, Health Informatics, Mathematics/Statistical Process Control, Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
Special Training: Financial, quality and/or statistical analytics, project management & process improvement methodology. Experience with data loads, data manipulation & analysis, databases, spreadsheets, report writing applications, decision support & statistical software.
Training Preferred: Demonstrated advanced analytics and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient in data/decision support tools and utilities including data mining, statistical analysis, data exchange/validation and comparative analysis.
