Formulate alternative solutions to satisfy these requirements, which may involve business process reengineering, and/or the deployment of information technology. Plan and/or conduct end user training for new applications. Prepare cost benefit analyses according to State CBA methodology. Develop and/or oversee plans for the execution of a solution from project inception to conclusion. Construct data models and activity/process models as may be required to define system functions.
