What will you be doing?
Main responsibilities:
· Shaping and defining the business outcome
· Delivering the business analysis activities on projects and programmes
· Integrity and alignment of the proposed and chosen solutions with the business needs
· Identifying, owning and managing the specific key risks and/or IT controls and Business Protection standards
· Solving problems and dealing with difficulties in line with policy, process and other guidelines applying technical knowledge and expertise
· Recommending change based on expert know how and analysis of the business situation taking account of similar previous problems
· Supporting project resources by giving advice or by taking on accountability to resolve more complex problems
· Accountable for building and maintaining effective relationships with the project team as well as extended stakeholders – incl. sponsor, business representatives and others (subject matter experts, suppliers etc.)
What we’re looking for?
· Proven experience in Business Analyst covering all stages of the project lifecycle (2-3 years preferable)
· Experience of working on large scale assignments in complex environments and multiple stakeholders involved
· Knowledge of change management processes along with a willingness to try new ways of working and solutions (fail fast)
· Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills combining with thinking out of box to drive innovations and deliver changes/outcomes
· Ability to communicate/present to a variety of individuals with and influence business stakeholders whilst facilitating change
· Ability to work at pace with resiliency and comfortable with leading, negotiating and influencing to drive necessary deliverables
· Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques
· Preferable experience in insurance or financial institutions
