Responsibilities:
Leads, manages, coordinates, and reports on implementation projects
Organizes and facilitates requirement gathering sessions and project team meetings
Analyzes and improves business processes, in support of business strategies and projects
Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing
Proves systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards, and ensures their conformance with industry standards and company objectives
Designs, develops and provides training
Serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users
Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
Considers at all times enterprise wide impacts and solutions
Serves as a resource to other team members
Manages all stages of the project life cycle with little to no supervision or direction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years related experience
Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, MN
Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Creative Thinking, Learning Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, Teamwork
Must demonstrate experience with large-scale project implementations
Technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
Proven ability to solve complex problems using new and existing solutions
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
Experience in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

The pay range for this position is
$93,200.00 to $116,450.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
