Job Description: TEKsystems is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Metro Detroit. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence 2 to 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: + Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. + Develop detailed business process models and documentation. + Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. + Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes. + Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Assist in the development and implementation of project plans. + Provide ongoing support and training to end-users. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. + Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
