The Team
Eurofins endeavors to develop all of our software applications in-house to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day, the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient, wherever he or she lives, has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis, monitoring and therapeutic decisions.
Such activities require extensive planning and organisation which can be augmented by the use of technology. Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.
In a nutshell
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business needs and IT solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful implementation of IT projects.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
You will be based in Lisbon (Algés). Your role will involve collaboration with stakeholders across labs, business units, and regional/global teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment of IT solutions with business goals.
How can you help us?
Business Requirement Management
+ Serve as the bridge between business and IT, managing relationships with stakeholders such as key users, lab managers, and business unit leaders.
+ Track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Prepare and maintain specifications and related documentation.
+ Provide regular updates on assigned requirements and ensure proper documentation.
Technical Tasks
+ Define requirements, user stories, and test cases.
+ Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements.
+ Prepare changes for the Change Advisory Board.
+ Support master data migration during projects.
+ Provide training to users on application functionality.
+ Offer post-go-live support for deployed solutions (HyperCare Support).
+ Develop training materials and technical documentation for end-users.

Education Background
A degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
+ Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, and methodology development.
+ Experience in aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
+ Hands-on experience in project coordination and management.
+ Familiarity with ERP deployment projects in mid-sized organizations.
Language Requirement
+ Near-fluent English (C1 proficiency is expected; B2+ is a minimum).
