SUMMARY

The Business Analyst for the Delivery Reporting and Insights Team (R&I) is responsible for producing a range of reporting deliverables to include client-facing reports addressing product utilization and opportunities for increased adoption.  The Delivery Team, which is comprised of over 3,000 employees, is responsible for implementing, operating, and supporting RealPage’s extensive suite of products and solutions.  By providing analysis, data, and reporting needed to help customers understand how to fully utilize RealPage offerings, the Business Analyst for R&I contributes to customer value, expansion, and retention. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with multiple RP product systems and enterprise data sources to gather customer product utilization data Compile product usage data into an integrated reporting structure Prepare unique customer reports on request from RP leaders Update and maintain standardized templates to aggregate product usage data and create a user-friendly customer view Partner with RP technology team members to evaluate opportunities to automate manual aspects of the reporting process Main process documentation detailing how to accurately and efficiently prepare reports Conduct periodic audits and/or research to determine the root cause of any reporting issues or inconsistencies Identify, recommend, and participate in reporting process improvement initiatives
